We work in collaboration to set intentions for our session and upon a discovery call or pre-screening we decide the elements which can be incorporated into your session. These are some of the aspects that we can delve into.

  • Supportive movement practises for prolapse and incontinence.

  • Breast support to allow for enjoyable and carefree movement.
