Since I can remember, I have been curious about the attainment of health & well-being.
After journeying through my own health barriers and body image obstacles I now consider the terms ‘health’ & ‘well-being’ in their deepest, interconnected & multidimensional form.
‘Health’ and ‘Well-Being’ are not just about what you eat and how you move your body. It extends far past this. And its attainment is your birth right.
When you connect with this philosophy, I believe the way you nourish yourself and move your body through life - changes - in the most profound way.
